Senior Guest Services Officer

Responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, Evans Head are looking for their next Senior Guest Services Officer.
Working a Permanent Full Time 38 hour week + Weekend Shifts!

About You

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Drivers Licence and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
• The ability to work productively & independently.
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
• Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

The Duties will include; (but not limited to):

• Taking reservations,
• Processing cancellations,
• Completing arrivals & departures,
• Opening/closing of office,
• Training & mentoring of new staff,
• Supervision of Guest Services staff on duty,
• Assisting Housekeeping team with cabin turnover,
• Assisting & directing visitors within the park,
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service, &
• Following work health & safety procedures.
