Park Manager
Based in beautiful Country NSW on Wiradjuri & Wonnarua land | Reflections Holidays.
As the Park Manager, you’ll join a dedicated and experienced team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences & maintaining the high standards our parks are known for.
Picture this, you’re awakened by the sounds of nature, feeling recharged & ready to make a difference. You walk outside, coffee in hand & are greeted by native wildlife. As you take a breath & start to walk towards your team, you reflect on the day’s duties ahead. The day finishes & you’ve engaged with guests, helped your team with cabin changeover, connected with a local community member, read a report & assessed your monthly budget. It’s at this point you realise, you’ve made the right decision by choosing a Reflections Holiday inland park to manage.
*Salary Package made up of: $90,000 Base + 12% Super + Onsite Accommodation

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a management role,
- Demonstrate a high level of business & commercial acumen,
- Be willing to grow with the business while leading an established team,
- Drive a safety-first culture, &
- Demonstrate previous management experience in Food Service Hospitality, highly desirable.

- Leading operational excellence with a strong focus on guest & community engagement,
- Establishing strong guest & community relationships,
- Developing strong partnerships to achieve results aligned with company goals,
- Influencing & inspiring others to deliver on company goals.

What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Display
experience in people management & workforce planning.
We want to know how you align your team, how you build & develop your team & how you handle performance management. - Display
experience in facility management
We want to understand your level of commercial acumen. Think P&L’s & cost control. - Display experience with community engagement
Share with us how you like to build strong relationships with community members & external stakeholders - Have a current driver licence
- Have a current first aid certificate, or willingness to obtain
