Park Manager


Based in beautiful Country NSW on Wiradjuri land | Reflections Holidays.

As the Lake Burrendong & Mookerawa Waters Park Manager, you’ll join a dedicated, experienced team that is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences & maintaining the high standards our parks are known for.

Located about 20 minutes from Wellington, your home base will be at Lake Burrendong with a short 30 minute drive down the road to Mookerawa Waters. 

Known for being two of our more remote, nature-based parks, we believe these are great parks for someone who enjoys a regional lifestyle, being hands-on, and embedding themselves in the local community.

Sitting right on a huge inland lake, the park attracts people who are into fishing, boating, kayaking & hiking. It’s one of our quieter locations with a strong community feel. This location is known for repeat guests and long stays.

*Salary Package made up of: $90,000 Base + 12% Super + Onsite Accommodation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to: 

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a management role,
  • Demonstrate a high level of business& commercial acumen,
  • Be willing to grow with the business& lead an established team,
  • Drive a safety-first culture, &
  • Demonstrate previous management experience in Food Service Hospitality, highly desirable.

  • Leading operational excellence with a strong focus on guest & community engagement, 
  • Establishing strong guest & community relationships, 
  • Developing strong partnerships to achieve results aligned with company goals, 
  • Influencing and inspiring others to deliver on company goals.

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Display experience in people management & workforce planningWe want to know how you align your team, how you build & develop your team & how you handle performance management.
  • Display experience in facility management. We want to understand your level of commercial acumen. Think P&L’s & cost control.
  • Display experience with community engagement. Share with us how you like to build strong relationships with community members & external stakeholders.
  • Have a current driver licence
  • Have a current first aid certificate, or willingness to obtain
