Park Manager

Based on beautiful Worimi Country | Reflections Hawks Nest 

As the Park Manager, you’ll join a dedicated and experienced team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the high standards our parks are known for.

Salary Package made up of: $85,000 - $95,000 Base + 12% Super + Onsite Accommodation

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will be able to: 

• Demonstrate previous experience in a management role,
• Demonstrate a strong business acumen, 
• Lead a team that is established within the existing park, &
• Drive a safety-first culture.

The Duties

A typical day in the role, you may find yourself:

• Leading operational excellence with a strong focus on guest engagement, 
• Establishing strong guest relationships, 
• Developing strong partnerships to achieve results aligned with company goals,
• Influencing and inspiring others to deliver on company goals.

What are we looking for? 

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Have a current first aid certificate 
• Have a current driver licence
• Display experience in facility management 
• Display experience in people management & workforce planning
