Park Manager

Burrinjuck Waters is one of the most unique parks in the Reflections network, offering a lifestyle and role unlike anywhere else. Located on the shores of Lake Burrinjuck and surrounded by bushland and rolling hills, this is a truly remote destination where nature, water and outdoor adventure are part of everyday life.

Living onsite means embracing a quieter lifestyle away from the pace of town and city living. The nearest major service centre is Yass, around an hour's drive away via a scenic but winding road through farmland and mountain ranges. For the right person, the isolation is part of the attraction – offering incredible natural surroundings, abundant wildlife, fishing, boating and a genuine connection to the outdoors.

The Park Manager role is uniquely varied, combining leadership of park operations and guest experiences with a range of hands-on responsibilities. The park manages several services that are not typical within a holiday park setting, including waste management operations and a boat transfer service for hikers on the iconic Hume and Hovell Track. While qualifications such as a Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence, boat licence or Coxswain qualification would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is willing to build their skills, qualifications and competencies with support provided to obtain and develop the capabilities needed to succeed in the role.

This is more than a traditional park management role. It's an opportunity for a practical and actively involved leader who enjoys variety, thrives in a self-sufficient environment and is looking for a unique lifestyle destination where no two days are the same.
