We are looking for our next Park Manager & Assistant Park Manager to join our dedicated and experienced team that is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the high standard our parks are known for.
Located in a small coastal town, Hawks Nest is a smooth 40 minute drive north of Newcastle and is what we call our "Hidden Secret".
Backing on to a championship golf course and a beach that is home to playful dolphins, guests come to escape the concrete jungle and lavish in an easy-breezy holiday.
This park is perfect for someone who enjoys a coastal lifestyle, being hands-on, and really embedding themselves in the local community.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a management role,
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen,
- Lead a team that is established within the existing park, &
- Drive a safety-first culture.
The Duties
A typical day in the role, you may find yourself:
- Leading operational excellence with a strong focus on guest engagement,
- Establishing strong guest relationships,
- Developing strong partnerships to achieve results aligned with company goals,
- Influencing and inspiring others to deliver on company goals.

What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current driver licence
- Display experience in facility management
- Display experience in people management & workforce planning.
