The Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing focused administrative support to the Commercial Manager and general support to the broader Operations team.
In this role you will:
- Type Correspondence, reports, create PowerPoint presentation & excel spreadsheets.
- Update regular reports, scorecards and presentations
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
- Maintain and update stock pricing in point-of-sale system.
- Manage payments and outstanding debtors of residents and long-term casuals.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Create positive engagements with guests
- Multitask and manage deadlines
- Complete projects and tasks in a timely manner
