The Role 

As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing focused administrative support to the Commercial Manager and general support to the broader Operations team. 

In this role you will: 

• Type Correspondence, reports, create PowerPoint presentation & excel spreadsheets. 
• Update regular reports, scorecards and presentations 
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment. 
• Maintain and update stock pricing in point-of-sale system. 
• Manage payments and outstanding debtors of residents and long-term casuals. 

About You 

The successful candidate will be able to: 

• Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders 
• Create positive engagements with guests 
• Multitask and manage deadlines 
• Complete projects and tasks in a timely manner
