The Role
This is
a casual Kiosk Worker position, located at
Reflections Holidays, Lake Keepit.
The purpose of the role is to carry out kiosk duties within the park, always provide excellent customer service experiences, and represent Reflections Holidays in a positive manner.
Key responsibilities of a Kiosk Worker include:
- Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face for enquiries and complaints.
- Provide customer service, including taking orders correctly.
- Undertake general kiosk duties and cleaning duties.
- Assist with the opening and closing of office and kiosk.
- Assist with stock take and invoicing for kiosk and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist and direct visitors within the park and as they enter the park.
- Accurate cash handling and use of point-of-sale register.
- Preparation and cooking of food.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Deliver high quality customer service and take orders correctly.
- Demonstrate experience in food handling and preparation, including ability to prepare menus.
- Perform cleaning and stock control tasks.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and use computerised point of sale register in accordance with procedures.
- Assist with the opening and closing of office and kiosk.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of Safe Food Handling regulations.
- Use and
safely store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
