Guest Services Officer

About You

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience using a Reservations Management System (RMS).
  • The ability to work productively & independently.
  • A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
  • Great teamwork skills.
  • A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
  • The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
  • Flexible availability to work rotating 7 day roster including weekends, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
  • Valid Australian work rights.

The Duties will include; (but not limited to):

  • Taking reservations, via phone & in person
  • Processing cancellations, via phone & in person
  • Completing arrivals & departures, in office
  • Opening/closing of office
  • Assisting & directing visitors within the park
  • Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
  • Following work health & safety procedures.
