About Wilderluxe
The first of our Wilderluxe locations launched in April! Wilderluxe redefines luxury by offering elevated nature glamping and experiences creating a perfect fusion of adventure, culture, and comfort. Our stargazing tents have a focus on bare-foot luxe with nature-based attractions, Indigenous and food & beverage experiences.
Wilderluxe Lake Keepit is where luxury meets the wild. As the high end glamping brand of Reflections, we offer guests a curated nature escape with all the comforts of boutique accommodation including outdoor baths, skylight stargazing and uninterrupted views under big sky country.
The Role
As a Guest Services Host, you will be the welcoming face of Wilderluxe. Your role is to ensure our guests feel cared for from the moment they book until the moment they leave.
The purpose of the role is to carry out hosting duties and provide exceptional customer service.
This is a casual position with regular hours.

About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Provide exceptional, personalised service from check-in to check-out
- Offer tailored recommendations for bush walks, wildlife encounters, and local experiences
- Host our signature stargazing communal gathering, where afterwards guests gather around the fire pit to connect, share stories, and enjoy a memorable evening under the stars
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure a seamless stay
- Maintain an impeccable level of professionalism, polished presentation, and attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality and/or tourism industry is desirable.
You will bring to the team:

- Knowledge and passion for the Australian country and local attractions
- Confidence in hosting and speaking with groups
- Flexibility to work weekend, peak holiday seasons, and public holidays.
