The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Guest Services & Kiosk Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of guest services, kiosk and housekeeping operations at Reflections Eden.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you will provide frontline leadership to our guest-facing team, coordinate daily priorities and help ensure our guests and community receive a consistently positive experience. You will oversee the operation of the Curalo kiosk, including stock control, food preparation, cash handling and retail performance, while also supporting front-office and housekeeping activities.
This is a varied operational role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting their team and finding practical ways to improve service, efficiency and commercial outcomes. You will also provide operational continuity when the Park Manager is working across locations, on leave or unavailable.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Lead, motivate and support a team across guest services, kiosk and housekeeping operations.
- Coordinate staff resourcing, workloads and daily priorities in response to occupancy, trading activity and operational needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently resolve guest concerns and complaints.
- Manage day-to-day café, kiosk or retail operations, including food preparation, stock control, ordering, invoicing and waste management.
- Monitor sales, margins and product performance and identify practical opportunities to improve revenue.
- Accurately manage cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, reconciliations and banking.
- Coach employees, provide constructive feedback and maintain clear service and performance expectations.
- Apply food safety, work health and safety, hygiene and operational procedures consistently.
- Make sound decisions, respond calmly to changing priorities and escalate significant matters appropriately.
- Build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with guests, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in an on-call roster and provide after-hours operational support when required.
You will bring previous experience in a customer-facing tourism, hospitality, accommodation, café or retail environment, along with experience supervising employees. A current driver’s licence, First Aid certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification will be required, or a willingness to obtain the relevant qualifications.
