Creative Producer
Reflections Holidays | Full time | Wickham, NSW | Circa $80,000
Reflections Holidays is looking for an organised, proactive Producer to join our in-house creative team at Reflections to help unleash new and exciting creative on the world.
Working from Reflections Base Camp in Newcastle and reporting to our Creative Director, you’ll oversee the coordination and delivery of projects across our creative and content output - from day-to-day design work, to our annual magazine, to coordinating content creator shoots and social media production, through to major brand campaigns and photography shoots.
The successful candidate role will play a key role in enabling the creative team to deliver its best work and help to move great ideas to delivery.
The role may also occasionally include travelling to some of our beautiful parks across NSW where production coordination is required.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating production on day to day design work, social content, photography shoots and brand campaigns
- Preparing schedules and coordinating the people, locations, suppliers and logistics required for each project
- Monitoring the creative pipeline and helping balance incoming work against team capacity
- Overseeing incoming design requests and guiding them efficiently through the creative workflow
- Managing the annual magazine from initial planning to delivery
- Informing stakeholders and gathering feedback and approvals at the right stages
- Identifying roadblocks and finding practical ways to resolve them
- Maintaining project timelines and other production documentation
- Working with the Creative Director to turn marketing priorities into clear production plans
About you
You’re a positive force that enjoys working alongside creatives and bringing your organisation skills to help make good work happen. You can see all the moving parts without losing sight of the finished product. You’re calm when things get busy, comfortable handling different types of projects and confident communicating with people across a business. You know when to follow up, when to adjust a plan and when to bring the right people together to reach a decision.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in creative production, agency account management, project coordination, marketing production or a similar role
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Clear, confident and approachable communication
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following things through
- The ability to translate briefs and conversations into practical actions
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders, creatives and external suppliers
- Resourcefulness and initiative when circumstances change
- An understanding of creative workflows, from initial brief through to final delivery
- A rad attitude and a love of the outdoors
- Experience with project-management platforms, creative workflow tools, print production or campaign shoots would be an advantage.
Above all, you’ll know how to keep creative work progressing while protecting its quality and purpose.
