The Role

Casual positions, located at Reflections Holidays, Evans Head. 

• Amenities Cleaner
• Housekeeping Officer
• Guest Services Officer
• Grounds Worker

In a role, you may:

• Undertake cleaning of guest facilities, including amenity blocks and camp kitchens.
• Undertake cleaning of interior and exterior cabin areas.
• Undertake housekeeping duties such as linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenish stock.
• Undertake stocktake and compiling of records of items in cabins.
• Undertake general grounds maintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.
• Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff.
• Waste removal.
• Assist and direct visitors within the Park.
• Ongoing internal and external training and development courses.
• Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face; via telephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.
• Undertake general office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Customer Service.
• Outdoor cleaning, general maintenance, and repairs.
• Gardening and maintaining grounds.
• Using and maintaining outdoor and grounds equipment and machinery.
• Safely using and storing cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Following Work Health and Safety regulations and practices.
• Material safety data sheet compliance.
• Working independently and productively.
