Caretakers - Couple Role

At Reflections Holiday Parks, we proudly care for 40 unique destinations, all located on iconic NSW Crown Land. Our purpose is to share nature’s playground with our guests in a way that gives back to our communities and nurtures the environment. 

Located on the beautiful Sapphire Coast of Yuin Country, Pambula is the dream Holiday Park for guests to sit back, relax & enjoy the sounds of nature! In this role, you will experience a work life balance like no other. 

Offering a dual opportunity for 1x Part-Time (25 hours per week minimum) for all Grounds, Maintenance & Cleaning duties and 1x Casual (15 hours per week average) for all Guest Services & Cleaning duties!

The responsibilities across both roles will include; (but not limited to):

• Maintaining lawns, gardens/trees.
• Cleaning/upkeep of guest facilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online.
• Handle bookings, enquiries, and guest feedback using our reservations system.
• Complete general office tasks, banking, and correspondence.
• Assisting & directing visitors within the park.
• Rotating on-call duties.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
• Following work health & safety procedures.

About You

We are looking for a couple application that can demonstrate the following:

• A current unrestricted drivers licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• The physical ability to do manual labour in all weather conditions.
• The ability to work productively & independently.
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
• Valid Australian work rights.
