Assistant Park Manager, Lake Keepit & Wilderluxe

$75,000 + Super + On-site Accommodation + Benefits

Reflections Lake Keepit is a popular lakeside holiday destination on Kamilaroi Country, within easy reach of Gunnedah and Tamworth. Offering cabins and other roofed accommodation, camping and caravan sites, the park welcomes families, groups and guests looking to reconnect with nature.

The destination is also home to Wilderluxe Lake Keepit, Reflections’ boutique luxury glamping retreat. Its eight premium Star Tents combine personalised service and comfort with spectacular views of the lake and surrounding landscape.

As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with the Park Manager to support the daily operation of both Reflections Lake Keepit and Wilderluxe. You’ll help lead the team, maintain high operational and presentation standards, and create memorable guest experiences across both offerings.

About You

  • Remain organised and composed while managing competing priorities.

The Duties

Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll coordinate daily priorities and support the reception, housekeeping, grounds and food and beverage teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising employees and coordinating daily workloads.
  • Managing guest arrivals, bookings, enquiries and service requests.
  • Supporting personalised Wilderluxe guest experiences.
  • Maintaining high standards across accommodation, amenities and shared spaces.
  • Assisting with financial administration, reporting and inspections.
  • Responding to guest feedback and operational issues.
  • Supporting other areas of the operation during busy periods.
  • Following and promoting WHS policies and procedures.

What Are We Looking For?

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory, management or senior administrative role.
  • Have previous experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably across guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, food and beverage or grounds operations.
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Be confident using booking, administrative and point-of-sale systems.
  • Have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand WHS requirements and safe work practices.
  • Be comfortable living and working in a regional location.
  • Hold a current driver licence.

Experience in premium accommodation, boutique hotels, glamping or luxury tourism will be highly regarded.
