Assistant Park Manager


As the Assistant Park Manager, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences while being part of something bigger. You'll work hands on with the park manager, support and lead a passionate team and help shape the success of Reflections Holidays in the iconic Byron Bay area through great diversity in role and clear opportunities to grow your career with purpose.

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will be able to:

The Duties

A typical day in the role, you may find yourself:

  • Being apart of the operational excellence through staff training, creating a positive culture for staff & providing great customer service.
  • Supervise all park employees and oversee daily work where required.
  • Assisting the park Manager with park financials.
  • Conducting routine park inspections including daily walk around and monthly audits as prescribed
  • Following WHS guidelines & procedures

What are we looking for? 

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory/management role, or senior administrative role.
  • Demonstrate previous experience working in Hospitality & Tourism, preferably in Guest Services, Housekeeping or Grounds Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of WHS issues and safe work practices
  • Current Driver Licence
