The Role
We have 2x casual All Rounder positions, located at Reflections Holidays, Lake Burrendong.
The purpose of the role is to carry out all duties within the park, provide excellent customer service experience every time, and represent Reflections Holidays in a positive manner.
Key responsibilities of a Guest Services Officer include:
- Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face; via telephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.
- Have RMS, Newbook or similar reservations system experience.
- Undertake general office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.
- Prepare correspondence, record keeping of all mail and carry out filing in accordance with procedures.
- Assist Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office and kiosk/store.
- Receiving and dispensing of monies via computerised point of sale register.
- Assist Supervisor with stock take and invoicing for kiosk, store, cabin, office, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist and direct visitors within the park and as they enter the park.
- Assist Guest Services Supervisor in social media administration at park level as required.
Key responsibilities of a Kiosk Worker include:
- Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face for enquiries and complaints.
- Provide customer service, including taking orders correctly.
- Undertake general kiosk duties and cleaning duties.
- Assist with the opening and closing of office and kiosk.
- Assist with stock take and invoicing for kiosk and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist and direct visitors within the park and as they enter the park.
- Accurate cash handling and use of point-of-sale register.
- Preparation and cooking of food.
Key responsibilities of a Housekeeping Officer include:
- Undertake cleaning of interior and exterior cabin areas and amenities blocks.
- Undertake housekeeping duties such as linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenish stock.
- Undertake stocktake and compiling of records of items in cabins.
- Follow work health and safety procedures.
- Assist and direct visitors within the park and provide excellent customer service.
- Be physically fit, able to lift up to 11kg and work up to an eight-hour shift standing or moving, on your feet.
- Be reliable and flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends, peak holiday seasons, and public holidays.
Key responsibilities of a Grounds Worker include:
- Undertake general grounds maintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.
- Undertake cleaning of guest amenities.
- Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees.
- Operate small plant and hand-operated equipment, such as ride on mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and other general lawn & gardening tools.
- Undertake regular cleaning and maintenance of park vehicles.
- Assist and direct visitors within the park.
- Ongoing internal and external training and development courses.
