Administrative Assistant - Marketing


As our Marketing Assistantyou will support the marketing team by managing key administration and organisational tasksensuring the seamless coordination of activities, information, and workflowsWith the ability to shape how the hours are structured, this Part-Time role (30 hours per week) is perfect for people with family responsibilities.

The Duties

A typical day in this role, you may find yourself:

  • Supporting the CMO by managing and maintaining schedules, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes, as well as drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of executives. 
  • Supporting Administrative tasks such as responding to marketing inbox emailsassisting with team invoices and credit card reconciliations.
  • Supporting Marketing Projects by scheduling and booking functional support to marketing productionsassist with marketing collateral maintenance and where required to organise events and bookingscontacting customers.

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in administration and secretarial responsibilities 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and technical equipment as relevant to the position.
  • Display exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
